Good things happen - YOU just don't notice.

Do you ever feel like life continuously throws challenges your way, making it seem impossible to catch a break? You're not alone in this feeling. Many people tend to concentrate on the negative—revisiting bad experiences, fixating on what went wrong, and holding others responsible for their unhappiness. But have you ever paused to consider why this pattern persists?

I believe there's always a reason. I know this because I've experienced it myself. If you've read my book, you're aware of the challenges I've encountered. It seemed like one problem after another, and I just sat in that negativity, replaying it in my mind and feeling sorry for myself. And guess what? The negativity continued. I was trapped in a cycle, and instead of breaking free, I was fueling it. I kept everything bottled up inside, which is never beneficial. People saw me as the lucky pretty blonde girl who had it all. Little did they know, I was struggling and constantly living in a negative space.

After years of struggle, I came to a realization: it was happening because I was permitting it. I was trapped in a cycle of negative energy, unknowingly preventing the universe, God, or my angels from assisting me. Being engulfed in negativity is creating a barrier—nothing positive can come through. You might believe you're merely venting or processing emotions, but in truth, you're amplifying that same energy and drawing more of it, ultimately worsening your life beyond its actual state.

Breaking the Cycle

So, what was different? I stopped allowing negativity to dominate me. Rather than letting issues shape my identity, I reminded myself: “All is well.” This wasn’t because it was simple, but because I needed to change my perspective. This doesn’t involve ignoring problems—it involves confronting them without being overwhelmed by them. I knew this would be a very challenging cycle to break.

The initial step was recognizing my thoughts and considering that perhaps these negative events occur for a reason. I have always believed that everything happens for a purpose. Whenever I noticed myself descending into negativity, I made a deliberate effort to shift my focus. It wasn't immediate, nor was it always simple, but gradually, I noticed a transformation. My reactions to situations evolved, and consequently, my circumstances started to change as well.

This isn't about toxic positivity or acting like everything is okay when it isn't. It's about reclaiming your power and not allowing negativity to control your life. Everyone faces challenges—it's your response to them that sets you apart. Are you merely reacting, or are you taking charge?

The Power of Positivity

This transformation didn’t occur instantly. It required courage to face difficult situations and said, “I will not let this defeat me.” However, the more I practiced this mindset, the more I noticed a change. By maintaining a positive outlook, the universe can assist you. Opportunities arise, solutions emerge, and you begin to attract the right energy. Escaping the negative cycle is possible, but effort is necessary. I observe many people seeking an easy solution, but that’s not how it works. Cultivating positivity is exactly that ... practice. There will never be a day when everything is perfect, and the challenges disappear. Difficulties will occur, but by practicing positivity daily, you’ll find you perceive the day with a completely different perspective. It’s quite rewarding when that moment arrives, and you recognize it!

We all understand that the world can be challenging. However, you don't need to become resentful because of it. Maintain a positive outlook, continue progressing, and have faith that good things will come to you. I'm living proof of this.

Let’s keep that energy positive.  ALL IS WELL

MUCH LOVE

XOXOX
